Child of God Sanctuary exists to honor/exalt the Name,Person,Character, and Word of our Lord Jesus Christ. As a household of faith, CoGS facilitates the discovery and development of each person’s identity, purpose, and function as a child of God through the presentation and modeling of the Word of God, Worship, Prayer, Communion, and Community Life. Child of God Sanctuary is committed to equipping the saints for the work of the ministry and for the edifying of the Body of Christ. 

At Child of God Sanctuary, mentalities and attitudes are reconfigured, love for God our Father and one another is emphasized, and the Word of God is made practical. 

Our primary objective is to be our Father’s exact image and likeness and to represent Him accurately for the glory and honor of His Name!

Identity: To bring believers into recognition of their identity as the sons of God and their unique relationship with God as their Father, we identify with Paul’s birthing pains in Galatians 4:19: My dear children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you.

Purpose: To bring awareness to individuals that they have a purpose in the eternal plan of God. 1 Peter 2:9-10 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 10 Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

Worship: To inspire devotion to God our Father in the regions and to bring to bended knee the kingdoms and the systems of this world as they become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ. Psalm 22:27 All the ends of the world Shall remember and turn to the LORD, And all the families of the nations Shall worship before You.

You are a child of God – receive and welcome Him John 1:12 AMPC But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the authority (power, privilege, right) to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name-Be led by the Spirit now that you are a child of God. Romans 8:14 AMPC For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. Sonship is the Language of our loving Father – Hebrews 1:2 AMPC [But] in the last of these days He has spoken to us in [the person of a] Son, Whom He appointed Heir and lawful Owner of all things, also by and through Whom He created the worlds and the reaches of space and the ages of time [He made, produced, built, operated, and arranged them in order].
